• Passport costs, health documents, travel insurance, and personal travel formalities.

• Resort deposits, tourism taxes, green taxes, or city taxes unless stated as included.
• Optional attractions, water sports, private tours, upgrades, spa, private dining, extra baggage, and porterage.
• Single supplements, early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, extra nights, tips, unforeseen expenses, and unlisted services.

Booking and Travel Documents

• Provide a clear color scan of each passport information page and accurate traveler details.
• Passports should normally remain valid for at least six months beyond travel and contain sufficient blank pages.
• A 50% advance is normally required to issue tickets and begin supplier or entry processing unless the invoice states otherwise.
• Additional photographs, financial evidence, employment, sponsorship, and confirmed bookings may be requested according to nationality.
• Travelers must complete any digital arrival forms, declarations, permits, and health requirements in force at the time of travel.
• Visa and entry decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities and cannot be guaranteed.

Is international airfare included?

It is included only when the Kathmandu-Male round trip is expressly stated in the confirmed quotation and issued tickets. Airline baggage, changes, and refund rules apply.

Is the resort named in advance?

The final quotation identifies the confirmed island resort, room categories, meal plan, transfer basis, taxes, and any applicable resort conditions.

When does the water-villa move happen?

The move normally follows breakfast on Day 3, but exact access depends on housekeeping, room readiness, and the resort's standard timing.

Are drinks included with full board?

Full board normally covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Selected beverages, specialty restaurants, private dining, minibar, and room service are excluded unless specifically included.

Are water activities included?

Only activities expressly listed in the final voucher are included. Snorkeling trips, diving, dolphin cruises, sandbank visits, motorized water sports, spa, and private dining may cost extra.
